Features

MyStrata is designed BY strata owners and FOR strata owners to make communication between the council and owners as simple and clear as possible.

General Features:

Personalized Sub-domain

Your MyStrata software will exist on your own personalized subdomain. This could be something like your-name.mystrata.site. Choose your sub-domain when ordering.

Require Accounts For Access

In order to view strata documents, news or forms, members must first register for an account on the site. These accounts require strata unit number, owner name, contact phone and email. Accounts must also be approved by a council member in order to access the strata information.

Various Account Levels

There are several levels of access available to MyStrata members. These each allow for greater access to the site and include:

  • Unapproved Member
  • Owner
  • Council Member
  • Council President

News Feed

All owners may view the latest updates and news that council members publish on the news feed. Owners may also  subscribe by email to receive updates when they are published. There is also an option to enable or disable discussion on news articles by owners.

Public Strata Documents

Council members may publish documents for viewing and download by owners. These are publicly visible to all owners with approved accounts. They might include documents such as current bylaws, forms and any information pertaining to ownership in the strata. Documents may be downloaded and/or printed by owners as needed.

Contact Forms

Owners may use these forms to communicate requests to the council members. The forms will generate emails which are delivered to any email address(es) configured by the council president.

Private For Strata Council Members:
